As if to highlight my point, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) yesterday announced that the current Obamacare legislation would raise federal health care costs"to a significant degree" while not reducing health care costs in general.
Senator Mitch McConnell, Republican Leader in the Senate said "Today's CBO testimony should be a wake-up call. Instead of rushing through one expensive proposal after another, we should take the time we need to get things right -- especially at a time when hundreds of thousands of Americans are losing jobs every month."
I believe more and more that this has nothing to do what-so-ever with providing quality, affordable health care...and everything to do with controlling one-sixth of the economy and more of our lives.
